Well... on my part its just a bunch of scanning and Photoshop, people use different ways though, I'd assume :)

Yeah. I'm pretty much stuck on "take a picture of a surface and upload it". I always admire those who have a different style, since I'm not keen on using my own textures. :p They seem like half-products to me. Yours are finished.

Ah well I take pictures and I scan also, maybe I should write a quick tutorial on making a texture? I wonder if that would help some people :) BUT IT WOULD GIVE AWAY MY SECRETSSSS oh noes... haha.

A tutorial would be neat, I don't think there are many tutorials about texture making around. At least I haven't come across.
My scanner hates me and doesn't work. Neither does my printer that goes with it :(

I'll think about making a tutorial then, making textures is actually very easy, so many people think it's difficult :shrug:

Yeah, because there are dozens of methods. I personally am interested in achieving results such as yours and for example, *ro-stock's. Because those are the types I use.

Oh wow, that person might even use the same methods that I use haha. I really like their textures though :O I'll make a tutorial especially for youz :) :heart:
